About the meeting of the BSEC BC General Secretary Mr. Victor Arkhipov with the Executive Director of the International Black Sea Club Mr. Ionut Mocanu

On 25th of May 2016 in Bucharest, Romania, BSEC BC General Secretary Mr. Victor Arkhipov met with the Executive Director of the International Black Sea Club (IBSC) Mr. Ionut Mocanu.

During the negotiations, the sides discussed the cooperation and outlined the collaboration plan. Mr. Mocanu accepted Mr. Arkhipov’s invitation to attend the 54th Meeting of the BSEC BC and International Conference “Black Sea. Resources and Ecology”, which was held in Sochi.

Within the framework of the 54th Meeting of the BSEC BC, participants decided to sign the agreement on cooperation between BSEC BC and IBSC.
